Ultimate Cards Return/Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase.
The products (cards and paintings) are completely personalized by our customers, therefore, there is no possibility of refunds/returns due to preference.
The only cases in which you can request a refund are the following:
- That we have made a mistake in the design of your letter.
- The item arrives in poor condition (bent or broken).
- An article was missing.
- Shipping took longer than promised.
You won't need to return your order to us. We'll either send you the correct one or refund your money, depending on your choice.
Exceptional cases in which you can return an order for free:
- If it's a player's card and the design was created by us (not customized by you), you'll need to return your order to us and cover the cost of both shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company.
It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before you see a refund.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
